Vliv příjmů z místních poplatků na příjmy rozpočtů vybrané skupiny obcí

Abstract

This thesis analyzes the impact of local fee revenues on the budgets of selected statutory cities in the Czech Republic. The aim is to determine the share of these revenues in total municipal income and assess their influence on budget structure and financial stability. Based on quantitative data analysis from 2019 to 2023, the research focuses on cities with populations between 40,000 and 50,000. It compares various types of local fees, their revenue-generating potential, and their significance in the context of municipal fiscal autonomy. The findings indicate that while their overall share is relatively small, local fees play a crucial role in supporting public services and enhancing local financial management.
