Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on economic evaluation of two types of photovoltaic power plats. The main goal of this work is to evaluate the planned investment in a photovoltaic power plant on a family house. The theoretical part focuses on a general description of renewable energy sources, their principles and functioning. Investment decision – making is described in terms of investment project phases, financing, cost capital and household investments. The practical part evaluates the investment in a photovoltaic power plant using the net present value method.
