Finanční analýza vybraného podniku

Abstract

The aim of the bachelor thesis is evaluation of the financial situation of selected company. In this thesis is execute evaluation of financial situation of company Danone, a. s. in the phase 2006 – 2008 by the indicators of financial analysis. In the theoretical part is described the methodology of financial analysis. In this part is defined object and purpose of financial analysis, users, sources of information and methods of financial analysis. The second part consist description of company Danone, a. s. and processing of horizontal and vertical analysis. In the third chapter is process analysis of company by ratio indicators of profitability, indebtedness, liquidity and activity and in this part is execute pyramidal decomposition of profitability of shareholders´ capital. Selected ratio indicators of company are compared with average values inside of branches food industry and overall evaluation of financial analysis are implemented. The final part summarizes the results of financial analysis.
