Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the summary of legal requirements for the main con-tractor. Its main objective is to propose solutions as efficiently and effectively as possible to meet the requirements of the legislation that is imposed on the main contractor, as well as on other subcontractors. The work focuses on an extensive project and individual tools are designed to elegantly meet all your requirements and improve construction safety. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part summarizes the requirements of legal regulations and relations between individual subjects on the construction site. In the second part there are proposed tools that can be implemented at all constructions and by means of them can be eliminated shortcomings, increase safety and health protection at work and make work easier for all subjects on the construction site.
