Vnímání podnikové kultury z pozice zaměstnanců v nadnárodní společnosti

Abstract

The theme of the bachelor thesis is focus on perception of the corporate culture from the position of employees in multinational company. Theoretical concept defines the basic concepts of corporate culture's elements, values, norms, etc. Then are explained the analysis, which are in this work, survey and analysis with Pareto diagram. In the next section is briefly characterized the company XY. In the practical part is analyzed questionnaire, which is filled out by employees of the company XY. In conclusion, there are suggestions for improving the corporate culture in the company.
