Stanovení výkonnosti strojírenského podniku kombinací metod Balanced Scorecard a analytického hierarchického procesu

Abstract

The topic of diploma thesis is Determination of Performance of Engineering Plant by Combination of the Balanced Scorecard and the Analytic Hierarchy Process Methods. The aim of the diploma thesis is comparison of performance of engineering plant with industrial sector by combination Balanced Scorecard and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) as at 31st December 2012. In general there is described multiple attribute decision-making with focus on multi criteria decomposition methods (AHP, ANP). Also there are described financial indicators of performance with measure capital´s costs, and the complex methods of measuring performance with focus on Balanced Scorecard method. The quantification and the comparison between chosen plant and sector is made by combination of the Balanced Scorecard and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Analytic Network Process (ANP). The results of AHP and ANP are compared and assessed.
