Rekonstrukce domu v Broumově - studentské ubytování

Abstract

The theme of Bachelor Thesis is reconstruction of a house built in 1899, originally intended for housing. The whole building was partly renovated in the 60´s of last century. Under reconstruction of layout design object will be used like student accommodation for students Secondary School of Art. Part of the reconstruction will be replacement of windows, roof insulation of, replacement water-shoot system, replacement of roof covering and demolition of brick garage. The whole reconstruction of the building is due to the preservation of characteristic features of a house done carefully. The newly proposed layout design is complies with the prescribed standards of functionality and standards for student housing.
