Zhodnocení činnosti vybraných divadel v České republice

Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce bylo zhodnocení hospodaření multifunkčních divadel ve formě příspěvkových organizací ČR v letech 2018–2022, a zabývala se zhodnocením výkonově-technických ukazatelů a ekonomické stránky u vybraných divadel mezi centrální a regionální úrovni. Diplomová práce byla strukturovaná do 6 kapitol. Teoretická část práce byla věnovaná kultuře, divadelnictví, Státní kulturní politice a hospodaření příspěvkových organizací. V praktické části zhodnocení ukázalo, že lepší výsledky výkonově-technických ukazatelů měla regionální divadla, protože byla navštěvovanější (81 %) a měla v % vyjádření lépe využitou celkovou sedadlovou kapacitu než Národní divadlo v Praze. Lepší výsledky ekonomické stránky mělo Národní divadlo v Praze z důvodu lepší míry výnosové soběstačnosti (22 %), většího podílu výnosů doplňkové činnosti, nižšího podílu mzdových nákladů a většího podílu tržeb ze vstupného a také mělo i vyšší průměrný počet odehraných představení na titul než regionální divadla. Nejblíže k výsledkům Národního divadla v Praze mají Národní divadlo Brno, Městské divadlo Brno a Jihočeské divadlo České Budějovice. Závěrem bylo navrženo doporučení a zlepšení v rámci zhodnocení vybraných ukazatelů pro regionální divadla a Národní divadlo v Praze.

The topic of the diploma thesis was the evaluation of the management of multifunctional theaters in the form of contribution organizations of the Czech Republic in the years 2018–2022, and it dealt with the evaluation of performance-technical indicators and the economic side of selected theaters between the central and regional levels. The diploma thesis was structured into 6 chapters. The theoretical part of the work was devoted to culture, theatre, State cultural policy and management of contribution organizations. In the practical part, the evaluation showed that the regional theaters had better performance-technical indicators results, because they were more visited (81 %) and had a better use of the total seat capacity in % expression than the National Theater in Prague. The National Theater in Prague had better economic results due to a better rate of revenue self-sufficiency (22 %), a larger share of revenues from ancillary activities, a lower share of labor costs and a larger share of revenue from admission fees, and also had a higher average number of performances per title than regional theaters . The closest to the results of the National Theater in Prague are the National Theater Brno, the Municipal Theater Brno and the South Bohemian Theater České Budějovice. In conclusion, recommendations and improvements were proposed as part of the evaluation of selected indicators for regional theaters and the National Theater in Prague.
