Aplikace vyhlášky č.123/2022 ČBÚ v praxi

Abstract

The bachelor thesis examines how the Decree No. 123/2022 Coll., which sets out the requirements for safety in explosion hazardous areas, can be applied in practice, using the example of the screening of nitrocellulose smokeless dusts in the B-315 plant of Explosia, a.s. The aim is to assess the existing documentation and propose improvements to improve safety in handling explosives. Through a content analysis of the explosion protection documentation and the external effects determination report, and in consultation with the safety engineer, deficiencies were identified, including the absence of a V order, fire-technical characteristics of the substances, and outdated data in the documentation. These issues stem from staff time and workload and the scale of the company's operations. The work proposes updating the documentation, adding missing elements, and training employees to meet the requirements of the decree. The results emphasize that careful documentation is the key to preventing risks in explosives operations, and offer concrete steps to enhance safety in Zone V2, thus contributing to employee protection and compliance with current legislation. The work thus not only extends the theoretical understanding of the application of the decree, but also provides practical suggestions for modifying internal documentation focused on the selected operation.
