Abstract

The presented Bachelor Thesis deals with the use of alternative fuels in Most urban transport. The analysis of its economic and ecological indicators of bus operation using diesel drive, LPG or GNG showed which variant drive in bus transport is preferable from both the economic and ecological points of view. As the basis for this finding we can use the fuel prices, input costs for the purchase of buses and fuel consumption, depending on the mileage for the area concerned. The closing SWOT analysis states the advantages and disadvantages of alternative fuels.
