Abstract
Bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of the market position of the selected company. In my thesis I try to analyze this position of the selected fitness center named Studio terapie&fitness Michael Moder. I have used to analyze the training methods and techniques such as SWOT analysis, BCG analysis, analysis of internal and external environment, and Porter´s five forces analysis. Further questionnaire and interview with the owner of the company studied.
Main objective was to determine the market position, which I found out his position ot the map that I compiled on the questionnaire. Journalism in part, the whole conversation with the owner of the company under investigation and report.
Finally, I propose and I note the measures which the company could improve its market position.
