Ocenění expandující společnosti potravinářského průmyslu pomocí business modelu a reálných opcí

Abstract

The purpose of the diploma thesis is valuation of the expanding food industry company NUTREND D.S., a.s. to 1. 1. 2019 by the flexible business model and real options. Thesis is divided into several chapters on theoretical and practical part. Description of the methodology of real options and business model, which is subject of the theoretical part, is mainly focused on characteristics of financial and real options, valuation models of the real options and definition of the business model. In the next chapter, the company NUTREND D.S., a.s. is presented and financial analysis by activity, liquidity, profitability and leverage indicators is conducted. Practical part of the thesis is focused on valuation of the company by business model and real options for three development scenarios with using the binomial model. Within this chapter the value of financial flexibility and operating flexibility is quantified. The next part of the chapter gives an overview of summary results of the practical part. In conclusion is the sensitivity on selected criteria analysed.
