Realizace větrného parku v zaniklé osadě Annín s využitím v geoturistice

Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the relationship between the construction of wind farms and the development potential of an area from the perspective of geotourism, using the case study of the abandoned settlement of Annín. Through an analysis of EIA documentation, field research, and local referendums, the study aims to identify the main conflicts between the energy use of the landscape and the protection of its cultural, historical, and geological values. The findings show that opposition from the local community was driven primarily not by economic concerns, but by fears of irreversible impacts on the landscape character and the local identity. The final part presents a proposal for tourism development based on geotourism principles, incorporating the sensitive integration of wind energy infrastructure into the local tourism structure to ensure the area’s attractiveness remains intact.
