Abstract
The subject of this thesis is to analyze the aktivity of the crisis start at all its levels. Then they found how the system works abroad, specifically in the Slovak Republic. Furhtermore, an analysis of a training session at the Cisis Staff of municipalities with extended powers. System has been designed to support and stremline decision-making Task Force.
