The aim of this thesis is the processing of construction-technological process of two variants of the roofing of the sloping roof of saddle type and their assesment. The object is nursinghome in Bystřice. The main part deals with technological process design of the classic purlin truss and turss truss, including schedules and itemized budgets for these two variants of the roof. Further thesis contains project documentation for the execution stage of the building and roofing options. Finally, these two variants are compared in terms of time, financial, functional and visual.
