Zajištění ochrany VIP osob

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá řešením fyzické ochrany VIP osob, základními principy a zásadami při provádění fyzické ochrany osob Úvodem je zmíněna historie ochrany VIP osob a představitelé těch nejznámějších ochranek světa. V další kapitole je probrán právní rámec této problematiky, jak z pohledu státního sektoru, tak sektoru veřejného. Ve stejném rozdělení je vedena i další kapitola týkající se představení VIP osob a jejich ochránců. Druhá polovina této práce je věnována konkrétnímu příkladu a jeho komplexnímu řešení s využitím analytických metod a na základě jejich výstupů navržení opatření pro minimalizování rizik pro klienta a maximalizování jeho bezpečnosti.

This thesis addresses the physical protection of VIPs, basic principles and policies for the implementation of physical protection of persons The first point to mention the history of the protection of VIPs and representatives of the world's most famous security agency. The next chapter discussed the legal framework of this problem from the perspective of the state sector and the public sector. In the same division is headed further chapter on performance VIPs and their protectors. The second half of this work is devoted to a specific example and its complex solution using analytical methods and on the basis of their outputs propose measures to minimize the risks and maximize the client's safety.
