Problematika týraného, zneužívaného a zanedbávaného dítěte

Abstract

One of the biggest danger for a child is its excruciation, violation and neglect, so ill-usage in various form. Submitted work is specialized on analysis of phenomenon of hagridden, abused and unkept child with endeavour for its estimation in broader connection. Progress of child position in the society and listing of all forms of syndrome CAN are described in the first part. Reasons of the phenomenon and specification of particular risk spheres are illustrated in another part. Subsequently is incorporated view of possibilities in care of hagridden, abused and unkept children and social-law role of children protection is explained. At the close, I propose conceptual alternations that give rise to improvement in care of endangered children.
