Abstract

Within this thesis it is examined the issue of adaptation employees which belongs in the personnel area of corporate actions in the OKD, a.s. company. Through the analysis and subsequent evaluation of information obtained through the study of internal corporate documents, consultations and interviews with employees, it is described in the thesis an adaptation process of recruitments in the OKD, a.s. company. Analysis of the structure and content of adaptation program was performed by using the information gained by interviewing. Survey was carried out through qualitative semi-structured interviews with selected sample of employees. Based on evaluation of gained information it was to formulate proposals and recommendations To improve the efficiency of the set of the adaptation process in the OKD, a.s. company.
