Abstract
Graduation theses „The Implementing of Quality to the Public Administration“ deal with the process implementing into the public administration. In the second chapter is the history of quality proceedings recapituled as well as the implementing of their principles into the practice. In the third chapter the current practice is described with the application of quality methods as well as the used processes for the implementing of different quality methods into the public administration organizations. Several methods are explained in Graduation Theses and shortly are evaluated their advantages and disadvatages. Graduation Theses describe following processes; CAF (Common Assesment Framework), Benchmarking, Benchlearning, Balanced Scorecard, Local Agenda 21 and CSN EN ISO 9001:2001. In the fourth chapter the presented research and ways of the present practice of the quality implementing in the public administration are evaluated, as well as the state position. From the research dates facts appears that the implementing of the quality processes into the public administration is the right step. In the fifth chapter are proposed solutions how to underline the implementing of quality methods into villages and towns from the state position as well as how to motivate villages and towns to another quality escalation in their organizations.
