Územní studie volné lokality Záhumenní v Kopřivnici pro účely individuálního bydlení

Abstract

The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to design utilization of a locality called Záhumenní in the southwestern part of the Kopřivnice municipality that had been zoned for housing purposes. The study has been prepared according to regulations of the zoning plan of the municipality of Kopřivnice. After a survey of the current situation, with regards to urban and technical conditions, two alternative solutions were proposed of which the preferred one is worked out in greater detail. The urban planning study also contains technical as well as transportation infrastructure design and economic assessment. The study also proposes solutions to landscaping and public resting areas.
