Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with a evaluation of the working performance of employees in the manufacturing company. The thesis aim is to analyse the current state of the evaluation system of employees in the chosen company, to identify the shortage of this system and also to propose amendments and measures to remove these shortcomings. The first part is devoted to the current theoretical knowledge and to the basic concepts related to the work performance. The second part contains the analyse of the current state of the evaluation system in the comany named Wo & Wo stínící technika s.r.o. Information regarding the evaluation system, which are obtaind from internal sources and the executives, are compared with theoretical information, recommendations, principles and processes. The result of the thesis is a draft recommendations to introduce changes in the current evaluation system such a way to remove the lacks in the system and the system could operate more effectively.
