Srovnání vybraných strategických průmyslových zón v ČR

Abstract

This bachelor thesis describes 5 selected strategic industrial zones in the Czech Republic which are as follows: Kolín - Ovčáry strategic industrial zone, Ostrava – Mošnov strategic industrial zone, Joseph strategic industrial zone, Triangle strategic industrial zone and Holešov strategic industrial zone. The described strategic industrial zones were compared by 2 criteria. Zone occupancy is the first criteria. Sales price per 1 m2 land in the strategic industrial zone is the second evaluation criteria. The second criteria is mainly important for the investors who consider entry to the strategic industrial zone and are interested in the prime costs associated with the intended investment in the Czech Republic. The purpose of this bachelor thesis is comparison and findings which of the 5 compared strategic industrial zones in the Czech Republic is the most successful in occupation of the investors and thus became a benefit for the region where located not only economically but also in socio-economic terms.
