Abstract

The aim of this diploma thesis is the preparation of project documentation for construction according to Decree No. 405/2017 Coll. [1], which amends Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., on the documentation of buildings [3], as amended by Decree No. 62/2013 Coll. [2]. Project documentation consists of a textual and drawing parts. The subject of the thesis is the new construction of a two-story College Dormitories in Ostrava. An integral part of the diploma thesis is the thermal technical assessment of perimeter constructions and the energy label of the building envelope according to ČSN 730540-2 (2011) [31] and static calculation, assessment and design of reinforcement of the arm of a reinforced concrete internal staircase.
