Založení podnikatelského subjektu a zahájení jeho činnosti

Abstract

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the process of establishing a private limited company and compiling a business plan for this company. It is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical part. The aim of the firts part is to introduce theoretical knowledge concerning busines, various forms of entrepreneurship and business plan. In the second part are described the steps of the company establishment process and all the documents and forms of this process are added to this thesis. Futhermore, the business plan of the company describing the business oportunity, products and financial plan is presented.
