Hodnocení měnové politiky ČNB v letech 1997-2014

Abstract

The subject of this thesis is to evaluate the CNB's monetary policy in the years 1997 - 2014. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the performance of the primary goals of the CNB in 1997 - 2014. Central bank occupies main place in monetary policy. Price stability is the mission of most central banks in the world. CNB's monetary policy is conducted through monetary policy of inflation targeting. In fulfilling its goal of CNB uses monetary policy instruments, namely open market operations, automatic facilities, extraordinary facilities, reserve requirements, foreign exchange interventions. Evaluation of the performance of the primary goals of the CNB in the years 1997 - 2014 is evaluated on the basis of the fulfillment of inflation targets and CNB prognosis a specified period.
