Abstract
In this bachelor thesis basic types of passive fire protection of building structures and development of requirements for fire safety of buildings are presented. Further fire protective coatings which are available on the Czech market are described. This thesis also includes a ignitability test according to ČSN EN ISO 11 925-2, which was performed with samples of painted fire-resistant coatings designated for wood constructions.
