Abstract

This bachelor thesis has the goal of working out the design documents for the construction of the new-build apartment building in Odry in accordance with addendum no.13, regulation 499/2006 comp. about the documentation of constructions. Based on a study, a new design was conceptualized where the apartment’s external wall was afterwards evaluated based on its heat-insulation, as well as the acoustic abilities of the designed ceiling and one dividing wall. During the conclusion of the work, one flight of the proposed monolithic staircase was statistically assessed. The whole design is processed in accordance with the legal regulations in effect, including the implementing regulations and technical standards.
