Abstract
In my theoretical part I describe recruitment and training of employees and I try to describe in detail the topic. My practical part is focused on recruitment and training of employees in the HUTNÍ PROJEKT OSTRAVA a.s. company. The aim of my thesis is analysis of the process of recruitment and training of employees and draft measures which will be contribution for the company HUTNÍ PROJEKT OSTRAVA a.s. .
