Návrh rozšíření návozu materiálu na výrobní linku pomocí systému Milk Run

Abstract

This thesis is focused on extending the material feeding to production line using MilkRun system at DURA Automotive Systems, Ltd. The first chapter of the thesis focuses on explaining the principles of a lean manufactory. This part describes different tools and lean enterprise systems i.e., 5S, TPM, Kaizen, Kanban, SMED, MilkRun and value stream mapping. The second chapter describes useful tools and methods for analysis. These findings are the basis for development of the analytical part which uses selected methods to map the current state. Based on the findings, a way of widening the material feeding to production line using MilkRun system is designed.
