Abstract

The subject of the bachelor’s thesis is creditors in insolvency proceedings. The work is divided into five chapters. In the introduction is described the history of insolvency proceedings and creation of insolvency law. The second chapter deals with a main terms of insolvency proceedings, especially bankruptcy, ways how to solve it and also with procedural subjects. The third chapter describes position of creditors in insolvency proceedings. The insolvent proposal, creditor institutions and position of creditors in bankruptcy, reorganization and discharge from debts is characterized here. The fourth chapter deals with application of claims. Individual claims are divided and described. There is also a specification of application of claim, review proceeding and responsibility for entered claims. In conclusion there are summarized advantages and disadvantages of new insolvency code and how this code influences the position of creditors in frame of insolvency proceedings.
