Návrh změny užívání stávajícího objektu občanské vybavenosti v obci Březová - využití startovací byty

Abstract

The diploma thesis, called Proposal to change the use of the existing civic amenities facility in the village of Březová - use of start-up flats is a matter for the reader to change the use of a particular building for another purpose. The aim of this diploma thesis is the proposal of various variants of the solution at the conclusion of which the most suitable variant will be chosen. The design of the change is solved in terms of solution layout, ensuring the interior of the buildings, the solution of barrier-free use of the building and the problems of static transport. For the sake of integrity, the effectiveness and benefits of solutions and funding opportunities from state or EU sources are assessed. Part of the diploma thesis is computations and procedures, which allow to see in practice the proposal of change of use in real situations. The final part of the bachelor thesis describes the possibilities of improvement.
