Strategická analýza vybraného podniku ze strojírenského odvětví

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the strategic analysis of the chosen company in the engineering sector. The first part contains theoretical points that relates to strategic analysis. In the practical part, the engineering sector is briefly described, the financial analysis is processed based on the company’s financial statements. To evaluate the strategic analysis, PEST analysis, Porter’s analysis and SWOT analysis were developed. The evaluation of the results and recommendations are included in the thesis.
