Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with small business start-up. In the theoretical part there is provided basic information about small and medium-sized companies, their importance to Czech Republic and European Union, support of small and medium-sized companies and advantages or disadvantages of small and medium-sized businesses. This part also includes information about business plan, rules for creating this plan and its structure. There are listed legal forms of businesses and according to this research the most suitable form of business for business start-up is chosen. The practical part is based on launching a limited liability company. Therefore there is a business plan of the company dealing with housing administration, financial plan and SWOT analysis. In the end, the actual process of establishment of the company, including necessary legal documents, is described.
