The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the construction of a family house in Ostrava, in the city district of Slezská Ostrava. This documentation is prepared to the extent specified by Decree No. 131/2024 Coll. on building documentation. The bachelor's thesis project consists of two parts. The first of them is an architectural study, which was created within the course Studio Work V under the supervision of Ing. arch. Radim Václavík. This study also served as the basis for the preparation of the second part - implementation documentation. It was developed within the course Bachelor's thesis seminar under the expert consultation of doc. Ing. Jaroslav Solař, Ph.D. With regard to the specialization of this work, focused on architecture, the architectural detail assigned by the supervisor was elaborated in detail.
