Abstract

The thesis "House with a studio in Stara Bela" focuses on preparation of project documentation for the construction of a detached house situated in suburb of Ostrava - Stara Bela. Located in a residential area of houses on the street Chrobakova. The concept of the house is designed for family of an architect, who will have his own privacy in a large studio upstairs. The main principle of disposition of the 1.NP is separation of the private part from the social part and giving each generation its own space for living. It also provides a maximum connection of the interior and exterior. The architectural character of the building emphasize the materials used on the facade - facing Klinker brick with a combination of Corten steel siding. The basis for the preparation of this documentation was architectural study (ATT I) and documentation for planning permission (ATT Va.).
