Abstract

The aim of this thesis is the design and preparation of project documentation for execution, it is a three-storey building. In the first two floors there are spaces that can be used both as a business and as an office. On the third floor is a cafe, without the possibility of preparing meals. The building is designed using precast reinforced concrete structural system. Project documentation contains drawing part and text part including thermally-technical assessment of the constructions and energy performance certificate of building envelope.
