Aplikace metod průmyslového inženýrství a zlepšení konkurenceschopnosti podniku

Abstract

Téma diplomové práce je Aplikace metod průmyslového inženýrství a zlepšení konkurenceschopnosti podniku. Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout kroky ke zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti podniku pomocí metod průmyslového inženýrství. Na základě vybrané metody průmyslového inženýrství nalézt zdroje plýtvání v hutním podniku, nekvalitu a vysoké náklady v procesech. Práce je rozdělena na 3 části. V její první části jsou popsány teoretická východiska průmyslového inženýrství - jeho význam, rozdělení, metody, druhy plýtvání v podniku, produktivita a konkurenceschopnost. V druhé části práce je představena společnost, ve které je práce zpracována a použití vhodné metody průmyslového inženýrství na daný problém v podniku. Třetí část se zabývá možným řešením, které by mohlo společnosti pomoci k nalezení plýtvání a nekvality a zlepšení konkurenceschopnosti podniku.

The main focus of this thesis concerns Application of methods of industrial engineering and increase of the enterprise´s competitiveness. The thesis aimes at suggesting possible steps to improvement of enterprise´s ability to compete on market through using specific methods of industrial engineering. It tries, based on a particular method of industrial engineering, to identify wasting of resources, lapses in quality of production and high costs and expenses in various processes. The thesis is devided in three sections. The first section comprises the theoretical basis of industrial engineering – its significance, structuring, methods, means of wasting of resources of the enterprise, the enterprise´s productivity and competitiveness. The second section of this thesis includes an introduction of the enterprise in question and a description of the applicable methods of industrial engineering pertinent to the particular issues of the enterprise.Third and last section focuses on the possible solutions that could help to identify the ways of wasting resources and to improve the competitiveness of the enterprise.
