Trhací práce a řešení jejich nežádoucích účinků na lomu Bělice

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá posouzením vlivu trhacích prací velkého rozsahu v kamenolomu Bělice na nejbližší okolí, zástavbu v nedaleké obci Bělice, domy a hospodářská stavení v osadě Nouze a budovy a zařízení v samotném lomu. Okolí lomu je vystaveno nežádoucím účinkům těchto trhacích prací a je nutné je minimalizovat. Limity se zabývá nařízení vlády č. 272/2011 Sb., o ochraně zdraví před nepříznivými účinky hluku a vibrací, které mění nařízení vlády č. 217/2016 Sb., o ochraně zdraví před nepříznivými účinky hluku a vibrací. Řešení nežádoucích účinků těchto trhacích prací je zaměřené zejména na budoucí otvírku dvou nových etáží v lomu v rozmezí kóty 440 až 410 m n.m., které je výhledově plánováno.

This bachelor thesis examines the influence of blasting work of great extent in the quarry Bělice to its nearest neighbourhood, to buildings in the nearby village Bělice, to buildings and the farming buildings in the settlement Nouze and to buildings and facilities in the quarry itself. The quarry’s neighbourhood is exposed to undesirable influence of that blasting work and it is necessary to minimize it. The limits are treated by the government regulation no. 272/2011 Sb. on health protection against unfavourable influences of the noise and vibrations, which is replaced by the government regulation no. 217/2016 Sb. on health protection against unfavourable influences of the noise and vibrations. Dealing with undesirable impacts of these blasting works is focused especially to future opening of two new levels in the quarry in the range of the spot heights between 440 and 410 meters above sea, which is planned in near future.
