Abstract

This barchelor thesis presents proposal of the Silesia City Hall outbuilding required due to lack of space in existing building. Main goal is to design the office building annex, flow diagram and necessary surroundings' adjustments, ie transport solution, new verdure design, waste management and mobiliary layout. The proposal reflects current state of building, location and the need for office development of Silesian Ostrava Borough Hall. There is placed emphasis on required office space, like council's meeting room, union's offices and complex background. The documentation is prepared in two variants in scope of volume study of civic amenities outbuilding. Thesis comprises 35 pages of text.
