Stavební spoření v Česke republice

Abstract

Ve své diplomové práci jsem se zabývala stavebním spořením v České republice. Mým zájmem bylo nastínit současnou situaci ve stavebním spoření včetně změn v zákonech, které měly značný vliv na jeho aktuální stav. V první kapitole jsem blíže objasnila jeho historii a význam spolu s popisem činnosti stavebních spořitelen. Zaměřila jsem se na samotné typy smluv uzavíraných v praxi a podrobné vysvětlení jejich nezbytných náležitostí. V druhé kapitole jsem srovnávala formulářové smlouvy všech pěti stavebních spořitelen působících v České republice a mou snahou bylo také analyzovat a porovnat rozdíly v jejich všeobecných obchodních podmínkách. Uvedla jsem taktické kroky běžně používané stavebními spořitelnami se záměrem maximalizovat atraktivitu jejich nabídky a popsala stavební spoření jako investiční prostředek vedle dalších používaných alternativ na trhu. Třetí kapitola pojednává o připravovaných změnách zákona, které mohou mít značný vliv na vývoj stavebního spoření do budoucna i s jejich bližším zhodnocením. Cílem mé práce bylo charakterizovat současný stav ve stavebním spoření a jeho pravděpodobné tendence do budoucna s vlastním názorem, jak vylepšit aktuální situaci. Snažila jsem se rovněž vytyčit rozdíly ve formulářových smlouvách, všeobecných obchodních podmínkách a také posoudit stavební spoření na základě investičního trojúhelníku.

In my thesis I dealt with building savings in the Czech Republic. In my interest was to outline the current situation in the Building Savings including changes in laws that had a significant impact on its current status. In the first chapter, I clarified its history and significance together with a description of building savings banks. I focused on the actual types of contracts in practice and detailed explanations of the necessary formalities. In the second chapter, I compared the form contracts of five building savings banks operating in the Czech Republic. I have attempted to analyze and compare the differences of their general terms and conditions. I noted the tactical steps commonly used by building savings banks with the aim to maximize the attractiveness of their offers and described the building savings as an investment tool used in addition to other alternatives on the market. The third chapter discusses the upcoming law changes that may have a significant impact on the savings in the future with its closer evaluation. The aim of my thesis was to characterize the current status of building savings and its likely trends to the future with my own opinion on how to improve the current situation. I have also attempted to set out the differences in form contracts, general and business conditions and assess building savings on the basis of the investment triangle.
