Abstract
This diploma thesis focuses on the proposal of suitable marketing strategies for the company Resorbent, s.r.o. The first part consists of a theoretical description of sales, further analysis of the internal and external environment, SWOT analysis, business strategy and Incoterms. The second part introduces the company Resorbent s.r.o., its products and customers. The practical part is based on theoretical basis, and there is an analysis of the internal environment, Porter, PEST and SWOT analysis. Furthermore, the work determines the current sales strategy. The content of the last part is a suggestion of sales strategies and recommendations that could lead to an increase in sales. The conclusion contains a summary of the diploma thesis.
