Privatizace obecního bytového fondu

Abstract

This thesis deals with issues of the various types of privatization of municipal housing stock. There are described two districts of the city of Ostrava, which privatizing entrusted municipal housing stock. It is a district of Ostrava - Jih district, and Ostrava – Poruba. In both urban districts, is privatization of residential houses, flats and commercial premises in progress. The goal of the thesis is to analyze the methods used in privatization of municipal housing stock in selected districts in the City of Ostrava and determine the difference between the prices of privatizing in city districts and the market prices.
