Abstract

The subject of the bachalor thesis is to create a project documentation for realization of the construction. Resolved object is located on Masaryk Square in the center of Moravian Ostrava. The building aims to complete the building blocks of the city and solve some of the urban problems in the location. The bachelor thesis solves only part, adjacent to Masaryk Square. This section includes restaurants and variable office spaces.
