Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the measurement of customer loyalty in a selected company. In the theoretical part, key areas are defined: customer, satisfaction, loyalty and complaints. In the practical part, the company is presented and satisfaction and loyalty research is carried out among the company's 27 key customers from the restaurant segment and 8 wholesalers. The questionnaire survey is supplemented by the method of guided interviews conducted with 2 current and 2 former customers.
