Abstract

This graduation thesis is concentreted for Employees development and education in company Fremach Morava, s.r.o. In first part I wrote about problems of education thanks to special literature. I was considerd in basic terms, methods of use in workplace, outside of workplace, subjects of education and qualitative research. In next part I described Fremach Morava, s.r.o. company. I wrote about history, basic assortment, structure of customers, structure of company and mission of company. In practical part of this diploma´s paper I wrote about actual system of education in this company. I did the research with the help of questionnaire Metod, when after the consultation with the manager of employment department I made the questionnaires and presented them in the company. The last part of the graduation thesis is targeted to suggestions and recommendations. The conclusion presents the summary of given problem.
