Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem investičního controllingu, významem používání milníku v investičním controllingu a posouzením možností využití počítačové podpory investičního controllingu ve výrobní společnosti. Investiční controlling podporuje proces investičních záměrů a řízení podnikových investic. Rozhodování o investicích není jen řešení základního problému, zda zvolit investora či nikoli, ale musí být předem zvoleny i určité milníky, podle kterých se postupuje. Mezi milníky v investičním controllingu se zahrnuje plánování, vhodné načasování, sledování celého investičního procesu a konečné vyhodnocení. K těmto rozhodnutím lze využít i systémy hodnotící investiční projekty. Systémy počítačové podpory mohou hodnotit a analyzovat rizika jednotlivých projektů investiční povahy, nebo mohou mít širší rozsah a hodnotit varianty investičního programu v rámci přípravy finančního plánu firmy.

The bachelor thesis is dealing with the topic of investment controlling and assessing the possibility of using computer support in investment controlling in the Production Company. The investment controlling supports the process of investment intentions and the operation of company investments. Investment decisions are not just addressed on the bases of issue whether or not choose the investor, but first must be selected with certain milestones by which to proceed. Among the milestones in investment controlling which includes the planning, appropriate timing, monitoring of the entire investment process and the final evaluation. To those decisions we can also use the investment projects rating systems. Systems of computer support can evaluate and analyze the risks of particular projects of an investment character or can have a wider range and evaluate the alternatives of investment program within the framework of preparation of financial plan in the company.
