Abstract
The aim of the thesis is proposing the key performance indicators for manufacturing company. The theoretical part of thesis is focused on the theoretical basis for defining performance and approach to measuring performance. The practical part contains characteriction of the company Papcel Ltd., the application of described methods and comments of the results. Part of the work are also recommendations and advices for use the key performance indicators.
