Výzkum neinvazivního fetálního EKG: Shromažďování a analýza biomedicínských dat

Abstract

This thesis addresses the issue of non-invasive monitoring of fetal cardiac activity, primarily using fetal electrocardiography (fEKG). Specifically, it deals with the measurement of transabdominal ECG signals in clinical practice, processing of the acquired data in the form of preprocessing, annotation and implementation of an extraction algorithm for sequential analysis. It compares the results obtained with simultaneously acquired cardiotocographic (CTG) recordings and also evaluates the quality of the processed data based on the outputs of the tested extraction algorithm. In summary, the work thus creates a FEI–fECG dataset that can potentially serve as a basis for further research in the field of fetal ECG processing.
