Návrh podnikatelského plánu pro založení elektromontážní firmy

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vytvoření podnikatelského plánu pro elektromontážní firmu. Cílem bylo zjistit, zda je plán proveditelný, zjistit jakých zdrojů je potřeba k realizaci plánu a jaká jsou rizika spojená s činností v oboru. Skládá se ze tří částí, přičemž nejprve jsou v kapitole teoreticko-metodických východisek vymezeny všechny základní pojmy a metody, které jsou následně aplikovány v druhé části praktické. Pro analýzu prostředí je využito metod PESTLE, SWOT a Porterovy metody pěti konkurenčních sil. Dále jsou zahrnuty informace o podnikatelském subjektu, popis podniku, marketingový a personální plán. Stěžejní je poté finanční plán, kde byly zpracovány finanční výkazy ve třech verzích na období následujících tří let. Část je zakončena analýzou rizik a časovým harmonogramem projektu. Poslední část je zaměřena na vyhodnocení a doporučení vyplývající z plánu. Jako nejreálnější varianta byla zjištěna verze neutrální, jež dosahuje přiměřeného zisku v průběhu let a nabízí možnosti dalšího rozvoje podniku. Plán je tedy minimálně za těchto podmínek realizovatelný.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the creation of a business plan for an electrical installation company. The aim of the thesis was to find out whether the plan is feasible, what resources are needed for the implementation of the plan and what are the risks associated with activity in the given field. It consists of three parts: Firstly, all the basic concepts and methods are defined in the theoretical-methodical chapter, and those are subsequently applied in the second practical part. To analyse the environment of the company, the author used PESTLE, SWOT, and Porter's method of five competitive forces. In addition, information about the business entity, company description, marketing and personnel plan are included. A crucial part represents the financial plan, where the financial statements were executed in three versions for the period of the next three years. The section is concluded with risk analysis and project timeline. The last part is focused on evaluation and recommendations resulting from the plan. The neutral version was identified as the most realistic option because it achieves a reasonable profit over the years and offers opportunities for further development of the company. The plan is therefore feasible at least under these conditions.
