Abstract
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design a transmitting carriage for operating the 10th coke-oven battery with 56 chambers at a continuously operating Svoboda Coke Plant in Ostrava - Přívoz.
A programmable logical controller SIMATIC S7-300 with a CPU 315 processor is used for controlling the transmitting carriage. Analogue inputs, digital inputs and outputs are solved with distributed I/O of ET 200s series, which communicate with the processor using a PROFIBUS-DP communication protocol. A visualization is created in InTouch Programme and communicates with a CPU via a Industrial Ethernet communication protocol.
